Building on the successes of the first pan-Canadian Projectathon event held in March 2022, Infoway, in collaboration with the provinces and territories, invites vendors to participate in the March 2023 Projectathon. Projectathons are an important step and best-practice approach in testing and validation of a specification package, where implementers demonstrate live interoperability of solutions in conformance with pan-Canadian specifications. The Projectathon event is planned to be held virtually during the week of March 6, 2023, however, the possibility of a hybrid in-person testing environment is still being investigated. Two days of effort per vendor are generally sufficient for testing after suitable preparation. There will be several opportunities to support testing preparation as part of vendor onboarding and our team will be available to support vendors every step of the way.
