Canada Health Infoway proudly hosted the 2025 Projectathon during IHE North America Connectathon Week in February, bringing together vendors, jurisdictions, and technical experts to test and validate pan-Canadian interoperability standards through live, scenario-based testing.
As a key milestone in advancing national interoperability, this year’s Projectathon focused on the priority specifications from the Shared Pan-Canadian Interoperability Roadmap:
- Pan-Canadian Patient Summary (PS-CA)
- eReferral and eConsult (CA:eReC)
- FHIR Exchange Specification (CA:FeX)
- Security and Interoperability Profiles from the Pan-Canadian Reference Architecture
With participation from 23 organizations and 25 systems, the 2025 Projectathon was the largest event of its kind. It demonstrated meaningful progress in vendor readiness and provided valuable insights to further refine and strengthen national standards.
Read the full Projectathon 2025 Report to explore the event highlights, results, and ongoing collaboration with jurisdictions and vendors to realize a truly interoperable digital health system.

---|
|
Yes. Though it is not possible to do this directly in the Click Up system, please feel free to send us an email and we will manually manage.
