titleHow do I give access to another user on my private space?

If you are an approver, you can use the Self-Service User Management tool to grant access and manage permission; simply click on the 'Manage Users' button, find the user, and assign the appropriate role - Reviewers for read-only or Authors for read & write. Note, if the user can not be found in the Self-Service User Management Tool, then:

  1. Find out from the user if they have an InfoCentral account and then find out their user ID. If not, please ask them to register for an account via https://infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/register and give you their user ID.
  2. Send an email to InfoCentral Support at [email protected] containing the user information (ie. user ID, first name, last name, email) and mention that the user needs to be added to InfoScribe. Once the user has been added to InfoScribe by the InfoCentral Support team, an email will be sent back to the original sender and the sender can grant the user access to the ACCESS space.

TIPS: If the user has an InfoCentral account but forgot their password, then let the user knows that they could reset their by clicking the Forgot Login? link on the Login page.
