Registration

  •  Create a Gazelle account and register as a user, with your organization registration here
  •  Contact Gazelle support to perform vendor registration
    • Register your system
    • Select the integration profiles that your system is implementing, and
    Register your system here. The Gazelle Self-Testing Guide provides details about how to register your system and how to perform testing in Gazelle.
    • For additional registration and account setup tips, refer to How to Create Your Account in Gazelle.pdf.
    • During registration, you will select the integration profiles that you wish to test (e.g., CA:FeX, CA:Sec, CA:Aud, IUA, etc.)
  •  Learn about what is being tested on the Test Cases page, which includes details and information videos about the Profiles.

Prerequisites

  •  For server-side systems – contact Gazelle support:
    • Ensure the proxy channels are opened
    • Ensure that your server security certificate is added to the Gazelle proxy
  •  Perform the prerequisite setups and configurations that are applicable to the actors that you subscribed for
    • IUA actors – follow the instructions here, and
  •  Learn how to use the Tools available for testing on the Test Tools and Training page.
  •  If you will be performing IUA testing, please follow these instructions IUA Registration Form and Instructions and
    • if applicable to you, fill in the form and submit
    it . Complete this questionnaire CA:Aud_Events_Questionnaire.xlsx and submit it .

Test execution

  •  Login to Gazelle Test Manager here
    • Ensure
     Perform No-Peer Testing here. Once you are logged in, please ensure
    • that you are operating in the
    Pan
    • Gazelle -Self Testing PAN-Canadian
    Conformance
    • 2024 testing session. If you are not,
    please
    • switch your session using the Switch button, located in the Title Bar.
  •  Refer to the Gazelle Self-Testing Guide for details about how to execute the test cases.
  •  Upon testing completion, collect the list of successful test cases and submit them for verification to Infoway, providing a contact email with test case links.
  •  Infoway will verify successful completion and issue a conformance test report for your system listing all tested profiles and the results. The report will be emailed to the email account you identified as your contact.
  •  You may present the conformance test report to your jurisdictional team.

  • Perform the No Peer test cases listed in Gazelle for the actors implemented by your system, via the Gazelle proxy, using the Simulators available
  •  Perform the No Peer test case listed in Gazelle to validate the content of your PS-CA FHIR document using the Validator configured to PS-CA v1.1.0 package
    • You can run the same test multiple times, until the results are successfully conforming to the pan-Canadian specifications.
