Information that is common to all subset releases (requesting a change, french translation processes etc) can be found on the "About Subset Releases" page. Editorial guidelines for subsets that use SNOMED CT® are available on the SNOMED CT - Canadian Edition pages. Requests for change are welcome at any time and can be submitted via InfoRMS.
