Known HL7 Subset Issues
As part of the HL7 approach to provide unified governance, and support consistent access to the terminology and vocabulary that has been published for many years, all of the published Code Systems and Value Sets across all HL7 Product families are intended to be accessible from the HL7 Terminology (THO) main entry page (https://terminology.hl7.org/). This includes Version 2, Version 3, CDA (base only), and FHIR. The consolidation of all of the terminology content of HL7 Code Systems is an ongoing effort.
Many HL7 Subsets on the terminology gateway (https://tgateway.infoway-inforoute.ca/) refer to the old URL Code System URI / ID which is outdated and follow the format "http://hl7.org/fhir/v3/...", these will be reviewed, assessed and presented at the HL7 Forum and Community call for feedback before changes are made to a newer defining URL.
