BR-7-07

The system will allow the user to review the client's most recent guardian relationship.

Requirements:

• The solution SHALL have the ability to display guardian relationships.
• The solution SHALL select the guardian relationships that are active.
• The solution SHALL not display a guardian relationship that has an ‘effective to’ date that is later earlier then the first day of the clinic.
• The solution SHALL display the relationship type for each guardian selected.
• The solution SHALL display the telephone number, if available, for the selected guardian relationship.
• The solution SHALL sort multiple guardian relationships alphabetically by last name, first name of the guardian.
