| Description | The system will allow the user to save the recorded administer immunization to the system. Requirements: - The solution SHALL allow the user to finish the administered immunization record upon the successful entry of all mandatory fields.
- The solution SHALL save the recorded information upon the user’s submission.
- The solution SHALL recognize mandatory fields.
- The solution SHALL display a message to indicate that the immunization record(s) have successfully saved.
- The solution SHALL request the client to be forecasted if the client has new information entered upon data transfer/upload to the live server.
