| Description | The system will allow the user to view and select the disease associated to the immunizing agent(s) setup for the clinic. Requirements: - The solution SHALL display all agents at the clinic.
- The solution SHALL sort the list of diseases alphabetically.
- The solution SHALL create an exemption for all forecasted antigens of the disease(s) selected.
- The solution SHALL not allow users to record an exemption if there is an overlapping date for an existing exemption record with the same antigen regardless of the reason value.
