Projectathon Overview

Registration Webinar

  • The Registration webinar will be held on 8th October 2024. 

Registration

  • Register your system here. A registration webinar will be held on 8th October 2024, which explains how to register. For additional registration and account setup tips, refer to Gazelle Registration Manual.
  • If testing for Patient Summary or eReferral / eConsult, review the Tipsheet for Selecting/Registering for Patient Summary or eReferral / eConsult Tests.
  • Confirm your business and technical leads that will be the point of contact for the Projectathon.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Projectathon preparation materials found on the InfoScribe pages. Click the “Watch” buttons to stay up-to-date on changes and new content.
  • Update your calendar with the important webinar dates listed below. Webinars details can be found in the Events Calendar.
  • Learn about what is being tested at this Projectathon on the Scope page, which includes details and information videos about the Profiles.
  • Learn how to use the Tools available for Pre-Projectathon testing here.

Pre-Projectathon Testing Webinar

The purpose of this webinar is to provide an overview of the following:

  • Gazelle, including Gazelle Test Manager, simulators and validators
  • Pre-Projectathon Testing, including objectives, requirements, and test processes
  • Review the training instruction materials available on the Test Tools and Training page prior to this session. This will give you an opportunity to come prepared with any questions you may have.
  • The Pre-Projectathon webinar was held on 9th of December 2024. The recording can be found here.

Pre-Projectathon Testing

  • Perform Pre-Projectathon Testing here. Once you are logged in, please ensure that you are operating in the Pan-Canadian Projectathon 2025 testing session. If you are not, please switch to the Pan-Canadian Projectathon 2025 session using the Switch button, located in the Title Bar.
  • If you will be performing IUA testing, please follow these instructions IUA Registration Form and Instructions and if applicable to you, fill in the form and submit it to [email protected].
  • Complete this questionnaire CA:Aud_Events_Questionnaire.xlsx and submit it to [email protected].

Pre-Projectathon Final Touchpoint Webinar

The purpose of this webinar is to allow participants to ask any final questions prior to the Projectathon event.
