Also changed in this release:
- There was an issue identified where many SNOMED concept values were showing a code system URI of https://fhir.infoway-inforoute.ca/CodeSystem/snomedctcaextension instead of http://snomed.info/sct.
- This issue has been corrected in 5.0.9, 3.0.18, and 2.0.35.
- Since the impacted subsets are extensible, there is no need to update existing system implementations as the codes will not be rejected with either URI.
