Schedule Overview

Pan Canadian Projectathon 2025 registration will be open until January 17, 2025. Below you will find the step-by-step registration process as well as important dates to take note of. We look forward to your participation at the PAN CANADIAN Projectathon, February 3-7, 2025, in Toronto, Canada.

System Registration Process

  • Step 2: CompleteTechnical Projectathon Registration in Gazelle
  • Step 3: Complete Badge Registration
  • Step 4: Book your stay at the InterContinental Toronto Centre
  • Step 5:System Registration Payment Due

Pan Canadian Projectathon Systems Fees

Each registered system is provided one (1) 6' x 30" table, two (2) padded chairs, internet access, and one (1) power strip with 4 outlets to provide 1500 Watts (120 volts)/Standard electrical service, and table signage for everyone (1) system registered in Gazelle. Note: Each registered system is required to provide two staff persons per system for the week of February 3-7, 2025. (Separate fees and registration required)

  • System Registration Fees: System registration incur a charge of $1,000.00 CAD for each system registered for testing.
  • Projectathon Participant Badge Fees: The fee for Projectathon participation badges is $1,500.00 CAD/participant/week. Badges include access to the testing floor, breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages throughout the week.
  • Hotel: The Intercontinental Toronto Centre is offering hotel block rooms at a discounted rate. Please book your accommodations before the booking deadline, December 31, 2024.

Payment Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable payment in full for 100% of Projectathon System Fees is due at the time of contract submission. Contracts submitted without payment in full will be rejected and will not be included in the publications and promotional materials (printed documents, signage, and website) associated with the Pan Canadian Projectathon 2025 unless a valid, paid in full contract submission has been received by November 30th, 2024.

Note: Please review our contracts  carefully as some of our terms have changed.
