Pan Canadian Projectathon 2025 registration will be open until December 113, 2024. Below you will find the step-by-step registration process as well as important dates to take note of. We look forward to your participation at the pan-Canadian Projectathon, February 3-7, 2025, in Toronto, Canada.

- System Registration Fees: System registration incur a charge of $1,000.00 CAD for each system registered for testing. Infoway will waive the registration fee for the 2025 Projectathon for stakeholders engaged in the Connected Care program.
- Projectathon Participant Badge Fees: The fee for Projectathon participation badges is $1,200.00 CAD/participant/week. Badges include access to the testing floor, breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages throughout the week.
- Hotel: The Intercontinental Toronto Centre is offering hotel block rooms at a discounted rate. Please book your accommodations before the booking deadline, December 31January 10, 20242025.
