Projectathons are an important step and best-practice approach in testing and validation of a specification package, where implementers demonstrate live interoperability of solutions in conformance with pan-Canadian specifications. Test scenarios are managed using the Canadian version of the Gazelle interoperability testing platform. Projectathon 2023 will be dedicated to supporting Patient Summary implementation projects across Canada and is focused on testing the harmonized national and provincial interoperability Patient Summaries specifications (i.e., PS-CA, PS-ON, PS-AB). Testing will focus on the secure exchange, document format and content validation of FHIR patient summary documents2025 will focus on the Specifications listed in the Scope page. |

Infoway, in collaboration with provinces and territories, invites vendors to participate in Projectathon 2023. All jurisdictions have contributed to the design and review of the pan-Canadian Patient Summary specification, with Alberta and Ontario leading implementation efforts beginning in 2023. As a result of this close collaboration, the national and provincial Patient Summary specifications are harmonized and ready for trial implementation. Other jurisdictions will leverage the learnings from the early implementation efforts of Alberta and Ontario. |

Yes. Though it is not possible to do this directly in the Click Up system, please feel free to send us an email and we will manually manage. For example, if you would like to register the equivalent of 1 person across the week but need to change developers mid week, please just register the 1 developer. Then, send us an email at [email protected] and we will manage the second developer as a replacement manually. |
