Subsets in Scope for the March Release

Changes to Note:
In this subset maintenance cycle, new provider role types have been included in the HealthCareProviderRoleType subset and three subsets have been retired and removed from the Terminology Gateway: InterventionCodeSubsetPreventEducateCounseling, InterventionCodeSubsetNonLaboratoryNonDigitalImagingDiagnosticTest and InterventionCodeSubsetAssessmentTool.
Forty one SNOMED CT subsets have been updated including VaccineAdministeredTradeNameCode, which includes a comprehensive set of COVID-19 vaccines. Three new subsets have been added: VisitModalityCode, RacializedGroupCode and IndigenousIdentityCode.
