Introduction
The pan-Canadian Care Service Directory (CA:CSD) Interoperability Specification is an implementable and testable FHIR framework. The CA:CSD is derived from the Mobile Care Services Directory (version 3.8.0) created by Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE).
The framework will allow an organization, such as a province or health region, to create a Care Service Directory using a common set of resources based on the following resource relationship structure. Using a common resource relationship allows the consuming application to use the same, or very similar, queries in multiple jurisdictions.
More information on the details of the resources and how they interact with each other can be found as part of the FHIR specifications found on Simplifier at pan-Canadian Care Service Directory (CA:CSD)
