The ImmunizationMarketAuthorizationHolderCode subset was developed based on stakeholder input and review of existing concepts in the supplier hierarchy in SNOMED CT CA. This hierarchy has been exclusively created and curated for Immunization Records. The process included review of relevant records, confirmation of SNOMED CT active concepts and review and final approval by the Public Health Surveillance Community.
Scope Definition
Identifies the Market Authorization Holder authorized by Health Canada for distributing the immunizing agent in Canada.
