New Features
- Added a new implementation pattern for exchanging a Patient Summary via the FHIR Health Information Exchange (e.g., CA:FeX).
- Save PS-CA to Document Repository
- Retrieve PS-CA from Document Repository
- In support of this new integration pattern, a new Canadian National integration profile called CA:FeX has been developed. CA:FeX provides support for submitting, searching and retrieving any FHIR document to and from a central Document Repository. The CA:FeX specification will be released on January 28th, in alignment with the PS-CA v0.2 and available here.

General Corrections, Clarifications & Other Minor Updates
Corrected and clarified items such as typos, formatting issues and items requiring more detail, throughout the specifications (e.g., notes and examples added to support the specifications).
Updated Glossary to include new and/or revised definitions for Patient Summary, Longitudinal EHR and Patient Portal.
Modified the Foundational IHE Profiles description to clarify the requirements level for profiles (i.e., mandatory versus optional).
Modified UC-02 Sequence Diagram 3 Implementation Option 2.1: MHD to provide examples of a Client App.
Enhanced the Clinical Benefits and Value section in the Companion Guide to Use Cases and Definitions.
Updated specification documentation to include a table of contents in the PDF.
