- Request for change received from Canadian implementers from September 2017 to March 2018 - InfoRMS SNOMED CT RFC Project
- Requests to add, change or inactivate content in both English and French
- Corrections to content (typographical errors, metadata, others)
- EN CA concepts promoted to international version of SNOMED CT :
- There are about 300 concepts from Canada, that were accepted in the January 2018 version of SNOMED CT International. Most of them kept the CA conceptID, some did not because they had been previously accepted from other stakeholders.

- Subsets - InfoRMS Subset RFC Project
- Subsets updated: Immunization subsets, Primary Health Care subsets and the Communicable Disease subset.
- New subset created: Refer to the Current Release Notes
- Subset inactivated: Refer to the Curent Release Notes
- Issues resolved
- Inactivated all Canadian Diagnostic Imaging Abbreviation to decrease the number of Canadian Edition descriptions and rely on the international descriptions instead
Inactivated all Ontario local terms because these have not been implemented by other Jurisdictions in Canada therefore they do not qualify as pan-Canadian terms
